Michael Ah You– DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, Medical Director

Dr. Michael Ah You is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and mental health. He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Utah and is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Michael believes that every person’s journey is individual and unique. His approach integrates both medication management and therapy, with the guiding philosophy that while medication may support treatment, therapy leads to true healing. His mission is to help individuals achieve their highest quality of life through holistic and personalized care.
